Follow-up to the Animal Speak Book...if your animal wasn't in the first one - it will certainly be in this one! Felt I needed both for a complete reference set. His style & clean & concise - easy to follow, no ego involved at all. The animals he has studied are the stars, not him as the author. Worth the money!

Even as a child I felt a close connection to animals. I have spent many hours over the years observing how different species of animals interact with each other as well as humans. One thing for sure, this book is right on as a guide to receive a message from the "universe" so to speak. The time to look up a certain animal is when say you nearly step on a Raven because it swoops down right in front as you are walking. Or when one paces back and forth in front of your car and squawks in your direction the entire time it is pacing. Or perhaps a toad, or a bat decides to enter your house. If you about hit a deer, a fox, or any other animal that decides to pick your vehicle to run in front of; then it is time to pull out your Animal Speak book and see what messages you need to pay attention to. I can attest that I have used this book for years, and when an animal wants me to know something I pick up this book, and it is almost always one of those Ah Ha moments!! Pay closer attention to the animals the next time you encounter one, then find out what message you might need to know from the Animal Speak book!! This isn't Voodoo, it's the awesome natural powers of animals that we can use as guides to help us better understand ourselves

great book recieved so fast my head spun,i never yet to recieve a book that quickly thank

For the animals covered, this books gives a surprising amount of detail about possible meanings of animal symbolism relevant to working with images in my dreams and meditations. I didn't find as much available for fish and reptiles, more for birds and mammals.

The author's perspective seems to be respectful of each animal and the wisdom of the reader. It does not attempt to be a cookbook of "hard and fast" analytic interpretations. Instead it offers helpful suggestions drawn from the animals' role and behavior in the wild, as well as symbolic meanings from a mythic or cultural viewpoints.

Fun to read...cover to cover.

This is by far, my most useful and favorite book. I cannot believe that one person can know so much. Unreal. I highly recommend it for anyone with an interest in animal symbolism.
