Product Description Allgaeu Emmentaler, commonly referred to as Bavarian Swiss, is arguably the most famous cheese made in Germany. Made from pure Bavarian milk, it is high in protein and has a familiar yet special flavor. Our Bavarian Swiss has a beautiful yellow color and large eyes. We recommend it sliced for sandwiches, cut in strips for a Chef's salad or chunked for a party platter.
