I love Feta cheese, and I've had a few different types including the standard cow's milk types (Olympic, etc.) and one imported Greek type made with goats milk that was a little harsh and salty. This Valbreso ewe's milk variety is far and away the best I've tried. Not too salty, with a creamy taste that manages to be both rich and light at the same time. My new favorite Feta. :)

Made with sheep's milk this cheese has great flavor. If you are looking for a European style feta this is it.
