It Tastes horrible on everything.November 17, 2008 This stuff does give you an energy boost and I believe (with proper diet and exercise) it will speed your weight loss. But, I suggest you get capsules, because this stuff is disgusting otherwise.

This was on offer in the goldbox. I had never heard of the berry, not being an Oprah fan but so far I feel as if I have more energy, I am less hungry and I am very regular :O) I can't say about weight loss as it is early days. I mix it with some organic vanilla yoghurt and it tastes great.
