I purchased this product for our family's home disaster kit but would also recommend it in a pinch. We were looking for something that could cook in its own package and yet tasted good too. This does both of those and more. I haven't tried the other flavors but this one will work great.

I bought these to keep for an emergency when I really would want hot food.
What you get is: a lot of underseasoned sauce, a few one inch long strands of spaghetti, and a lot of meatballs that taste like what I imagine dog food tastes like. Only lukewarm after recommended time for "very hot" - whatever - I threw it out after one taste anyway.

Price was good, however there is too much sauce and not enough spaghetti, however there were enough meatballs. Heats well and overall the food was pretty good.

I received one of these meals after Hurricane Rita. They were being handed out by first responders to people in the area before our utilities were restored. Excellent product. I wanted more so I could stock up in case of another disaster or emergency. I found their website and discovered that they were not for sale over the internet. I was very disappointed...until today. I went back to their website and saw that the meals are now available from amazon! This is great news! I suggest that everyone stock up on these meals in case of emergencies. They really come in handy.
