I love the air-bake pans by Bakers Secret. Nothing has yet burned on this type of pan. After each use, I use hot soapy water and never let it soak in the dish water. I purchased the large 17x11 a few years back and still have perfect results. When making large batches of cookies, I use three pans and keep them rotating. Either in the oven, on the oven or on the counter...

Mine rusts under the tiny rolled lip so that when it's wet, rusty water runs all over the place. Ick!
