Very useful lid for a superior pan systemJuly 22, 2007 This lid works great: heavy, heat tolerant and easy to clean. It fits both the dutch oven and also the 9 1/4" fry pan, a real convenience and energy saver. The extra lid is terrific if I am using both pans at once or if I should break one: glass shatters on a tile floor! I enthusiastically recommend Scanpans and their lids.
